Job Description and Qualification:


  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in an accounting environment, preferably in an expense management system.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with, maintaining, supporting and managing Concur expense management system.

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP CONCUR and ticketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field, or relevant experience.

  • Strong customer service skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction through delivery of clear results using available resources.

  • Relevant and significant experience in customer service.

  • Must be capable of viewing issues from multiple perspectives, advocating for best solutions and demonstrating awareness of impact of actions on other units. Must be able to consider interdependencies before acting.

  • Establishes a systematic course of action for self or others to ensure accomplishment of a specific objective. Determines priorities and allocates time and resources effectively.

  • Applies principles of finance, accounting and business management to evaluate and quantify potential costs and benefits associated with opportunities.

  • Objectively analyzes alternatives and recommendations appropriate for the organization.

  • Temporarily Work From Home but expected to be flexible if needed to report on-site. Office is located in Pasig.

  • Flexible work schedule between 6 am to 6 pm. Will be supporting other regions.

  • The purpose of this assignment is assist the GEMS Manager in managing, administering and maintaining the partnership's global expense management (GEM) process, currently through SAP Concur.

  • Assist customers and business units by troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues with GEMS including integration issues with other systems.

  • Escalate vendor-related issues and technical issues that need the support and action from the GEMS Manager through ticketing.

  • Train users as needed so they can use the system better and correctly.

  • Follow up with employees regarding outstanding/late transactions (Concur Reporting)

  • Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, reports and dashboards.

  • Deactivate cards of termed employees (monthly task of comparing file to employee OP file, could be weekly or twice a month) and ensure all transactions are reconciled through Concur
