Job Description and Qualification:

  • Support Modeling team in validating, and developing models/segmentation as well as support analytical needs of the business
  • Develop Logistic, Linear and CHAID models using SAS and other platforms
  • Models being developed could be origination, portfolio management, collections or Basel models like PD, LGD and EAD etc.
  • Conversant with statistical concepts of Logistic and Linear regression.
  •  Validation of Model on an ongoing basis using metrics like KS, Gini, PSI, CSI etc. 
  • Work with multiple customers/functions on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
  • Independently resolve queries/issues associated with a project . 
  • Understand the business and product landscape across all business units.   
  • Gain knowledge of processes and support implementation of process efficiency initiatives. 
  • Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable. Take timely action on Audit comments and be able to demonstrate compliance with Internal control. 
  • Certain roles may also require the developing models or forecasting methodologies using SAS, Model Builder, Xeno or other platforms 
  • Prospect new large accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business
  • Identify business opportunities and meet with key decision makers to obtain commitment in pursuit of the sale.

  • Create, plan and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives

  • Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned

  • Market the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image.

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve desired results.

  • Utilizes references and industry contacts to increase sale

  • Promoting business information or risk management solutions

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships

  • Acquisition of new customers in key industries

  • Draft commercial proposals that respond to the maximum extent to the clients' needs and takes responsibility for the production of proposals

  • Creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others

  • Ability to maintain and grow the customers network and portfolio in accordance to business needs
