Job Description and Qualification:

Country Talent Acquisition Head, Philippines

This role provides overall leadership, direction and management for full-cycle talent acquisition strategy and execution, guidelines and procedures concerning talent acquisition systems, reporting, compliance and recruiting methodologies for the Philippines, across business units/products.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead is responsible for managing and leading a large and diverse team of recruiters and third party relationships, including on-site RPO teams. 

The role has a reporting line to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific and is a member of the APAC Talent Acquisition Leadership team and the Philippines HR Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting efforts to support Philippines Talent Acquisition team across multiple businesses (hiring requirements, resource planning, sourcing/attraction, assessment, hiring, on-boarding, reporting/analytics)
  • Ensure that global and regional talent acquisition strategies are successfully rolled-out and implemented in the Philippines
  • Partner with the business and local HR team and advise on recruitment strategies
  • Actively manage the onsite RPO providers and monitor their performance via agreed recruiting SLAs
  • Develop effective working relationships with executive search firms and placement agencies where required; monitor performance and associated costs
  • Design and build diversified sourcing strategies leveraging direct sourcing tools with an increased emphasis on social media and branding strategies
  • Build, manage and develop a TA team of professionals and support staff to increase productivity/efficiency and create strong leadership succession pipelines
  • Manage team by recruitment scorecards and regular operational reporting requirements to measure and performance manage the effectiveness of the TA team consistent with regional and global reporting


Salary:

PHP 4M – 5.9M
