Job Description and Qualification:

Reports To: Executive General Manager

Role Summary:

Own the transformation portfolio, overseeing all local and externally-initiated change programs to ensure maximum value and minimum business disruption. Including:

Ø  Direct and manage major transformation/change initiatives and drive the maturity and evolution of the shared services center based on vision and strategy.

Ø  Engage with external-to-transformation programs, Divisional PMOs to understand, assess, and coordinate change through application of effective program management.  Ensuring strong and collaborative partnership, including through the management of in/outbound transitions.

Ø  Manage and mature the change roadmap in partnership with other entities

Ø  Set up and manage a fit-for-purpose program management office, following company’s program governance framework

Own and lead all local BPR and Automation/Robotics initiatives, ensuring effective opportunity and impact analysis, change impact evaluation, deployment and benefit realization.

Strategy and Planning

·       Provide overall direction, guidance and definition of business process improvements to effectively support the operating plans of the GSSC

·       Develop and execute, transformation and change plans aligned with business priorities across the group/ divisions

·       Develop & manage short and long-term goals across functions and specific to Project Management (PM), Operational Excellence (OE), Knowledge Management (KM), Transformation & Change (T&C) teams

 

Policy, Process and Procedures

·       Own and drive the continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within, including significantly uplifting awareness and capability of waste elimination, process simplification, process engineering and simple automation across all outward-oriented services towers

·       Own and drive program and change management standards and capability uplift across org. Enforce program and change governance, processes and procedures

·       Own and lead all in/outbound transition work, minimizing service disruption and realizing committed benefits; coordinating and supporting tower leads

·       Set and deliver the change roadmap (transitions, local and externally-initiated change) with a focus on productivity, efficiency and customer service

·       Establish and implement appropriate policies and procedures to create a culture of operational excellence in the system, whether around innovation, strong commitment to quality or strict adherence to operational procedures

·       Own and drive approach for automation and robotics, ensuring adequate risk mitigation and process/ technology engagement

Technical Performance

·       Develop, continually innovate on, and maintain a rapid development model supported by sound processes to create and deliver programs at the speed of business with the most efficient use of resources and budget

·       Keep leaders informed of project progress and break down barriers to the success of a project

·       Lead Program Managers to establish and maintain best practices for program and project management from concept to delivery, along with ongoing sustainability and metrics

·       Work with analysts and department leaders to establish and monitor metrics on programs and provide regular reports to stakeholders

·      Drive and implement portfolio management activities including monitoring, setting control and reporting of portfolio progress and status of GSSC enterprise wide projects and strategic initiatives

·      Review all business cases and provide organizational level decision support capabilities for all strategic/operational projects concerning the GSSC

·       Innovate relentlessly and proactively to make any changes that best fit the business

PHP 4M – 5.9M
