Job Description and Qualification:

Job Function:

  • Provide 2nd level IT support and operations adhering to Continental ITSM processes and assist on operational execution of global IT roll-outs.

Principal Activities:

  • Provision of service and 2nd level support for the global IT Infrastructure, including, network, servers, storage, backup, database, and other infrastructure related activities.
  • Management of the enterprise network environment with a focus on availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Administration of accounts in different systems.
  • Active participation in Knowledge Management.
  • Running technical training sessions.
  • Maintaining a high level of communications with service teams above and below within the layered service approach in IT organizational structure.
  • Carry out other such duties, as may be assigned or requested.

Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Advanced Network and System administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in various IT Systems like Active Directory, Exchange Server, Linux and Microsoft server, VMwares, Netapp, Identity Access Management, etc.
  • End-user support.
  • Good understanding of ITIL or ITSM.
  • Javascript language preferred
