Job Description and Qualification:

    Objectives of the function      

    The position of Safety & Health Admin will assist the S&H Manager and its team to support with the responsibility of ensuring Schindler Safety & Health standards, local & legal regulatory updates, data analysis, creation and monitoring of safety reports, policies, procedures, documentation and alignment to   safety fundamentals, monitoring of site safety work practices (reports) accumulated from the safety field audits. Will support the S&H team and Safety officers in alignment to set targets, goals and standards. He / She will lead S&H programs and report analysis and creation.

    ·               Assist S&H Manager and the team ensuring Safety and Health Standards are met

    ·               Data analysis, creation and monitoring of safety reports, policies and procedures

    ·               Monitor of site safety work practices

    ·               Support S&H and other Safety Officers in setting targets, meeting goals and other admin tasks that may be assigned

    Requirements:

    ·               Graduate of any Tertiary Education (4 or 5 year course) preferred

    ·               BOSH/COSH trained would be an advantage

    ·               Training skills is an advantage

    ·               S&H documentation and process management skills

    ·               Policies, Procedures, Documentation skills required

    ·               Report writing, creation and Analysis

    ·               ISO Management system

    ·               Advance Excel skills management

    ·               Excellence in computer skills MS Office application (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)

    ·               Presentation skills, S&H Programs management and coordination

    ·               Coordination with different department levels within the organization
