Job Description and Qualification:

• Manages at least 30 customers and/or Sales Revenue including Statistical Sales Revenue of indent orders
• Achievement of Sales Plan/Targets within the assigned territory and agreed timeline
• Executes development programs/ target as assigned by the Market Manager; mainly on new products from existing Principals and customers within the assigned territory and agreed timeline
• Develops new customers for existing product lines within the assigned territory
o Executes the defined sales strategy
o Defines the support needed for assigned customers to generate sales
o Technical assistance / Training
• Recommends credit limit and payment terms for customers after careful assessment of customer' business condition
• identifies technical concerns of customers, evaluates and recommends course of action to supervisor
• Ensures on-time & accurate rolling sales forecast as required under the S&OP Process
• Manages customer complain up to resolution
• Ensures timely collection of accounts receivables, minimizing risks for the company
• Primary interfaces with customers, handles submission of samples/ follow up of test results and establishes/nurtures good business relationship customer
• Gathers information on competitor's activities, customer's business outlook, and market trends within assigned territory.
• Communicates to relevant Market Manager
• Manages & resolves customer complaints
• Represents the company in good stead reflecting observance and practice of the company's corporate values

• Primary interfaces with customers, handles submission of samples/ follows up of test results/ complete sales negotiations
• Negotiates with assigned customers for sales of company's product line
• Monitors achievement of sales and development targets for assigned customers
• Monitors timely collection
• Assists in Principal-customer calls in coordination with Relevant Product Sales Manager and/or Market Manager
• Attends technical training & trade shows as needed
• Ensures timely collection of accounts receivables in coordination with Customer Service Representative
• Prepares quote entry
• Prepares Daily Call reports, Supplier itinerary, Customer Background and Visit reports
• Gathers information on competitor’s activities, customer’s outlook, plans
• Prepares weekly & periodical highlights/lowlights
• Prepares monthly rolling forecasts, sales, development/status reports and annual Sales Plan for the assigned customers and products
• Conducts market survey for the assigned customers
• Manages customer complaints shared with CSA, Head of Sales/SCM
• Manages & resolves customer complaints
o Handles and resolves customer complaints in a tactful and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction consistent with company’s guidelines
o Coordinates investigation with Sales, Logistics/Warehouse/ Supplier (for indent orders)
o Communicates with customers updates on complaints
o Communicates with customers resolution
• May travel outside NCR as required by the job

• University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or any Science-related course
• At least 3 years Sales experience in an Industrial business environment (B2B)
• Competent, driven, self-motivated, analytical and has desire for excellence
• With excellent command of English Language
