Job Description:
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthMonitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Job Qualifications:
  • With good strategic planning and marketing skills
  • With at least 2 - 3 years experience in Sales
  • With good communication skills
  • Can start ASAP
Other Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
