Job Description and Qualification:

· Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

· At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Sales Admin / Business Development Assistant in FMCG Industry

· Required Skills:

· Must be familiar in general accounting processes and finance processes

· Background in processing government licenses or permits

· Experience with invoice processing, sales proposals, and expense reports

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Must be keen to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong command of the English language

· Strong communication and interaction skills

· Must be flexible, proactive and open to challenges

· Can work effectively with minimal supervision, open to work longer hours if needed

· Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,TAGUIG

· Must be open to start ASAP


· Provide support to the team by performing clerical and administrative duties

· Process expense reports or sales proposals, and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications

· Process product orders and invoices

· Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.

· Assist in the processing and applying for government licenses and permits

· Other related tasks my be assigned from time to time
