Job Description and Qualification:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs specific administrative functions related to the production and process of all sales promotion materials.
  • Works with a high degree of initiative, discretion and independent judgment with the ability to prioritize and complete workload in a high-volume, self-managed environment.
  • Follow- up collections (delinquent accounts, payments and reconciliation) based on TAT (Turn-Around-Time) required by the job.
  • Responsible for the preparation of product samples needed by the Sales Account personnel and other involving party.
  • Responsible for proper documentation not limited to specification of product, purchase order certificate and other related tasks concerning FDA process.
  • Coordinates effectively with external clients.
  • Performs other management mandated functions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of business related course or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer application.
  • Can work with minimal supervision; possess independent skills.
  • Flexible, result oriented and can work under pressure.
  • A good team player, adaptable and trustworthy.
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
