Job Description and Qualification:

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible is the point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives/executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively provides support to the Corporate Sales and Marketing Team by helping identifying new sales opportunities and search prospective clients
  • Process orders via email and phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Liaise with the Purchasing and Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customers records
  • Develop Monthly Sales Report
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales target are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up to date with new products and features
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers, and build customer relationships
  • Conducts market research thru competitive analysis or surveys by checking the competitors’ prices, product offering, promotions new trends, and other data related to competition

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any business related course
  • With at least 2 years of proven work experience as Sales Administrator or Sales Agent doing business development, handling corporate accounts, Marketing and customer service
  • Can work with different levels in an organization
  • Can work in fast pace environment
  • Can work under pressure
  • Exhibits strong presence, clarity of thought, self-confidence and professionalism
  • Must be creative and innovative, that has the ability to conceptualized and execute strategies that is beneficial for both the client and company
  • Must have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
