Our Client is the largest bank in Japan with the capital stock of 1,711,958 million yen. 

In 1977, our client started their banking business here in the Philippines, servicing lending, bank deposits, trade finance, foreign exchange and others.

The client's Corporate Banking Department has a Japanese Banking division with 24 employees, including 4 native Japanese and they need to hire Sales Administrators to support Sales members.

Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description:
  • To work together with the Sales Staff to support the back-end and after sales
  • Responsible in processing invoices for sales transactions
  • Responsible in performing the procedures of overseas remittance and exchange per customer's requests
  • Responsible in handling fixed deposits and loans per customers' request
  • Responsible in checking if the prices and contracts are up to date
  • Responsible in supporting the Sales Force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related courses
  • With minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator in a Corporate Banking division
  • With experience in a banking and finance setting/industry (Corporate Banking Department)
