Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree holder of Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent

Six months to one year experience performing secretarial or administrative function is an advantage

Preferably has worked in a pharmaceutical company as a secretary.

Can work ASAP

Open for a Project Based (6 months) employment

Applicants must be willing to work in TAGUIG CITY

Job Description:

Prepares drafts, takes dictation and type letters, memos, minutes etc.

Creates mails correspondences after perusal of immediate superior 

Files correspondences

Routes forms for approval

Answers/ make telephone calls

Screens calls and takes messages

Stamps date received for mailed orders and hands it to Product Manager of Immediate Superior

Issues and processes sales orders received from customers via phone/email 

Handles customers’ contact and requests.

Performs allowance calculations in accordance to established policies and procedures

Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
