Job Description and Qualification:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, any course.
  • Preferably with atleast 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator or Sales Admin
  • Preferably with atleast 1 year experience in supporting Sales team
  • Can start ASAP
  • Open to work either in Makati or BGC, Taguig
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Can work under pressure, a multi – tasker and a critical thinker
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Must be a fast learner, dependable and strong decision making skills

Responsibilities:

·               ASSIST IN EVENTS

·               PREPARE AND VALIDATE REPORTS

·               INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE PROBLEM SITUATIONS USING SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT

·               ACT AS A FOCAL POINT FOR INQUIRIES AND RESOLUTIONS

·               ASSIST IN THE TRAINING

·               ENSURE THAT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE WELL IMPLEMENTED

·               OTHER ADMIN TASKS THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME
