Job Description and Qualification:

  • Delivers the assigned sales target for the development area by creating and implementing a viable recruitment and management plan for existing and new agencies within the assigned area
  • Provides leadership and direction to agency leaders in the assigned area by setting and agreeing annual and monthly sales targets, recruitment targets, and other sales drivers and activities which are essential to the achievement of the sales targets
  • Conducts monthly performance reviews with all agency leaders in the assigned area, highlighting performance gaps and recommending solution to address the gap/s
  • Conducts regular coaching sessions with agency leaders in the area to address current performance gaps and to assist them in maximizing their potential
  • Coordinates and collaborates with support groups/departments to address the development needs and concerns of the area assigned
  • Ensures that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
  • Ensures the implementation of HR policies and programs for the department particularly headcount management, performance management, employee discipline, and the continuous professional and personal development of the staff
  • Graduate of any business or related course
  • Life Insurance agency operations, its products and services
  • At least 5 years experience in sales, training or recruitment
  • At least 2 years managerial experience
  • With strong leadership and people skills and in agency management and coaching
