Job Description and Qualification:

Role:

The Sales Director shall be responsible for the overall direction and management of all sales activities. He/she shall direct activities aimed at business growth and sustainability and shall develop key growth sales, strategies, tactics and action plans.

The SD is expected to hit targets, build relationships and understand customer trends.

He/she shall establish effective sales and account management practices and systems and  build strong business discipline and initiatives.

He/she shall likewise establish and develop a quality, stable, and productive sales team.

The SD shall manage an effective interpersonal and inter-department relations within the organization.

What we are looking at:

A graduate of any business related courses – Marketing, Business Management or related courses

With more than 5 years in experience in retail sales and operations.

Has strong negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, salesmanship.

Strong leadership and management skills and decision-making skills

Results oriented and a critical thinker


Salary:

PHP 2 M – 2.9M
