Job Description and Qualification:

The role will be responsible for sourcing potential customers for the company's products: luxury condo units

Job Description:
1. Attending networking activities, building connections
2. Regularly checks the condo units, prepares presentations for potential customers
3. Contacts potential buyers 
4. Prepares and accomplishes relevant documents 

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales experience 
  • Handled the sales of units worth at least 10 million pesos
  • Has an established network of owners and buyers 
Salary: up to 30k (plus commissions)
