Job Description and Qualification:

Responsible for maintaining good client relationship, end to end sales cycle with support team and Managers.  Will work together with partners, global and local marketing to help identify and develop new opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline through effective direct sales strategies including target prospecting in aerospace, automotive, chemical, electronics, semicon and other industrial sectors.
  • Achieve all revenue targets and objectives in line with company goals.
  • Develop a full understanding of the competition and construct effective sales strategies and value propositions.
  • Develop and support necessary marketing initiatives to enable lead generation and prospect identification.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of business administration/ chemical/ mechanical engineering or other related courses is preferred.
  •  Minimim of 1 to 3 years of proven sales success preferable with experience in selling chemicals and equipment in electronics and semicon industry is a plus.
  • Ability to build network of useful relationships and effective alliances with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with ability to present, negotiate contractual and commercial terms and conditions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with degree of persistence and resolve to achieve targets.
  • Have managed relationships concurrently with multiple existing customers(account management) and you have experience of growing existing sccounts.
