Job Description and Qualification:

Primary Role: Ensures achievement of target sales in accordance with agreed strategies, focusing on Projects.


1.     Establishes, maintains, and expands network with users, designers, architects, engineers, developers, contractors, specifiers, etc. to:

-Promote client's products for projects;

-Ensure awareness of ongoing/upcoming projects; and

-Ensure specification of use of client's products in these projects.

2.     Maintains good relations with dealers and retailers to make certain that client's products are made available by them to projects in a timely manner.

3.     Facilitates the timely delivery of client's products to projects;

4.     Responds to inquiries and resolves problems on transactions pertaining to projects;

5.     Seeks information on credit standing of users, designers, architects, engineers, developers, contractors, specifiers, retailers, etc.; consults with Sales Manager in terms of sales, especially if said terms are beyond policy;

6.     Informs Sales Manager of inventory and/or operational problems, if any, pertaining to client's products as these may affect timely availability and delivery of client's products to projects;

7.     Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of sales methods and costs vis-à-vis results; utilizes the most cost-effective sales methods that bring the best results;

8.     Liaises with other departments in the Company to resolve administrative and operational issues affecting sales to projects;

9.     Ensures maintenance and monitoring of records and reports on sales results and activities pertaining to projects;

10.  Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Sales Manager and/or Managing Director.


-Provides market information that will be helpful in formulating sales and promotional strategies, to include pricing, competition, and market situation;

-Proposes sponsorships, promotions activities and marketing materials – e.g., samples, giveaways – to improve network with users, designers, architects, engineers, developers, contractors, specifiers, retailers, etc.

-Submits liquidation of expenses for reimbursement based on budgetary limits;

-Receives reimbursement of expenses as approved by Sales Manager and Finance Manager and according to budget guidelines;

-Facilitates collection of receivables pertaining to projects;

-Receives and familiarizes himself with technical training specific to client's products; Relays information on projects/retail that need after-sales service; ensures timely and efficient after-sales service by client's Service Center staff leading to client satisfaction.
