Job Description and Qualification:

Job Objective

  • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness by providing accurate and timely measure of Calls and Sales Performance, with relevant analytics, instrumental to developing a more effective PMR and DM in the field
  • Provide a dependable and applicable information for improvement of sales force territory coverage such as, but not limited to:
    • The identification of key hospitals that may generate significant sales per product, in a given territory, but was missed out in the TML of identified PMR
    • The identification of key doctor/s, per field of specialty, per territory, that may contribute to product prescription, but was missed out in the TML of identified PMR
    • The universe of MDs nationwide for major field of specialties, such as, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Diabetology, Anesthesiology and Medical Oncology

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call Performance Measurement
    • Manages data collection, monitors, analyses, communicates and interprets call target achievement of each sales person or sales district to maximize the financial return from the sales resources in the field, and contribute to the overall sales force effectiveness strategy of the company
    • Regular release of call performance reports to guide management in strategic an operational planning
    • Responsible for the SMMS orientation of Sales Force, and handles pertinent queries from affected PMRs, to ensure smooth capture of daily coverage among Sales Force
  • Sales Performance Management
    • Manages data collection, and builds the required sell-out report with monthly sales target achievement across all product group, per PMR/DM, as a measure of sales performance
    • Provides management information on sales and calls performance per PMR/DM, with key points for coverage improvement for affected territories/district
    • Utilizes available sales data, and generates relevant reports to provide inputs in objectively assessing a target MDs sales adoption for identified products
  • Corporate Governance
    • Become aware and compliant to FK Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures to uphold company values and achieve efficient and effective operations
  • Ad hoc Tasks
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned to Comex, from time to time


  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Must have at least 2 years work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Can process data and apply critical business thinking to come up with simple recommendations
  • Collaborative and has excellent influencing skills
  • Can communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Has strong organization skills
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
