Job Description and Qualification:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Responsible for customer management within the assigned sales area which includes customer visits, technical and commercial discussion, organizing application tests, generating customized offers, final negotiations and order closing as well as post sales payment follow up
  • Timely reporting of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Supporting marketing activities, e.g. exhibitions and customer events, in Asia and Germany
  • Analyzing the machine tool market in the responsible sales area and proposing strategies to increase sales

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent related experience
  • More than 4 years of job experience in B2B sales of CNC machines or automation lines
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks, analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel across the responsible sales area and occasionally to Singapore/Germany 
  • Motivation for sales and for buildup long term customer relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of laser applications in automotive or electronic industries is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, independently working, self-driven, result-oriented, highly motivated 
  • Professional team player
  • MS office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
