Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Achieve growth, hit sales targets and manage trade accounts receivables by successfully managing the sales team

  • Prioritize Cost to Sell initiatives and Product Mix following key offers to specific accounts
  • Create growth opportunities per sector enough to cover 24 months growth plans
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face. / Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. / Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.


·         Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical or a Chemical Engineer with an experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
