Job Description and Qualification:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver new enrolment for Grade 10 (Senior High School) and 1st Year College (8 BS programs in Health Care , Psychology, Business)  of over 1,000 heads at the start of each Academic Year.
  • Maintains and improves relationship with Key Accounts ( Public and Private schools) Department of Education and Commission on Higher Education , students in Region 6.
  • Provides management inputs on the emerging needs and wants of the different market segments and guides decision on target markets, product offerings, pricing, communications.
  • Creates strategic plan for Sales and implementing programs on an annual basis.
  • Manages Budget for Sales Force including, representation, give-aways, brochures, events, campus visits, sponsorships, travel, etc
  • Manages a team of 3 Career Coach (Sales Persons), Customer Relations Officer, Secretary, pus two clerks. At peak activity level, the team is supplemented with project based personnel that can reach twelve heads. Responsible for developing competencies of the team.
  • Works and coordinates plans and activities with the Marketing and Communication department.
  • Ensures that the College connects with 20,000 Grade 10 and Grade 12  students annually via the Career Coach, Social Media, events, etc
  • Member of the President’s Council ( Executive Committee)

Role Competencies:

  • A graduate of  any Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience in Sales Management. Ideal profile is District or Regional Manager for Pharmaceuticals but other industries will be considered.
  • Can work and develop people by improving their competencies.
  • Can analyze impact of environment on operation, conduct business reviews, and make logical, data based strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Ability to prepare management reports and presentations
  • Written and Oral Communication Skills in English
  • Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations. Can work with Social Media platforms. Can work and use technology tools and platforms (Microsoft, Zoom, FB, Google, etc)
  • Leadership and Assertiveness plus Integrity
  • Can work and manage other people throughout the organization.
