Job Description and Qualification:



Basic Function


The Sales Manager’s primary role is to achieve business objectives of sales team through new account acquisition, in-depth understanding of unique value proposition to fulfill client’s needs & strong customer relationship.



People Manager


·       Recruit, train and manage account executives in the sales team.

·       Communicate company goals to the team.

·       Develop operational procedures and set predefined periodic reporting.

·       Review sales performance and make action steps as needed to achieve company goals.

·       Lead and oversee product proposals, demonstration and customer meeting of sales team.

·       Maintain effective working relationships with sales team and multifunction team.


Deliver Sales


·       Prepare, execute and track sales plans and strategies adhering to company goals.

·       Plan and implement sales and marketing activities like promotions, sales personnel trainings, tech talks, roadshows, sales blitz

·       Develop sales call list & route plan for account executives to maximize coverage of assigned area.

·       Continuously update and report account funnel database with new customers and status of deals.

·       Deliver sales targets and commitments by demonstrating high-level performance and driving issues to closure without compromising quality and timelines.


Business Collaboration


·       Serves as escalation for management of corporate & government accounts of assigned product.

·       Directly negotiates and interacts with counterparts and top management of vendor.

·       Collaborate with vendor to meet operational business needs and sales targets.

·       Established business strategy to meet company goals and vendor targets.


Customer Management


·       Makes rational and timely decisions taking into account potential risks.

·       Identify and analyse problems and opportunities to arrive at solutions in an efficient and effective manner.

·       Develops and nurtures senior management relationships with customers.


 QUALIFICATIONS


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Must have at least 3 years experience selling Managed Print Services / Copiers. o Must have at least 3 years experience in managing people.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field

  • Must have good conversational skills (English) and have good people skills to develop clients’ relations.

  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales Corporate SMB or Enterprise Accounts
