  • Responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities within the company and ensuring the department’s conformance to the company’s requirement & system in accordance with customer specifications, internal quality requirements and marketing standards 
  • Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. 
  • Develop and maintain sales strategies to drive the business growth of the company 
  • Create and develop the brand and the communications 
  • Develop new business with existing and new customers from the local QSR, food service, food processors & manufacturers and other allied sectors 
  • Meet or exceed target sales volume, sales revenue budgets and gross margin percentage targets in collaboration with the Sales team 
  • Perform regular customer contact through on-site visits to discuss new projects, complaints and provide technical assistance
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Marketing or any related course 
  • With a minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales managerial post handling and mentoring Sales/Key Account Executives, preferably in the food business industry 
  • Has a background in and exposure to local food industry, including ingredient supply and food processing 
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, negotiation, influencing, follow-up and organizational skills 
  • Highly detail-oriented, assertive, proactive and has strong self-initiative 
  • Highly ethical, analytical and decisive 
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
