Job Description and Qualification:

The Position:

The Sales Officer is responsible for customer acquisition and growth of newly solicited accounts and also responsible for achievement of Pure CASA and cross-selling targets such as selling of Consumer Finance, Cash Management products assigned to him.

We are looking for a Sales Officer who will bring fresh ideas to the continuous improvement of our processes, and the passion when it comes to the execution of projects and tasks. We also need our Sales Officer to be versatile and enthusiastic when it comes to dealing with challenges.

Security Bank’s mission is to meet our customers’ needs with intelligent and personalized solutions as we help them build for their future. Our Sales Officer plays an important role in completing that mission.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes and markets all products and services of the bank.
  • Solicits new clients for the bank regardless of location of client and branch.
  • Manages and fosters good business relationship with its newly acquired accounts
  • Maximizes growth potential of acquired clients before it is being transferred to branch’s account management.
  • Gathers feedback as well as obtaining data/information with regard to market environment, client needs & competition.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: At least 4 years related experience
  • Special Skills: Good interpersonal and human relation skills; Selling and negotiation skills, problems solving skills
