Job Description and Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS:

·           College/University graduate Major in Business or Engineering

·           At least 3 years experience in Sales Operations or Sales Information and Systems

·           Has working knowledge on Sharepoint and SAP

·           MS Office, P&L Management, Financial Management is a plus

·           Good organization/administrative and influencing skills

·           Adept in MS Office

·           Strong command of the English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills

·           Must be keen to details, organize and can work under pressure with minimal supervision

·           Willing to travel

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·           Oversees the overall Sales Administrative function.

·           Coordinates with the sales team and the other functional groups on the different reportorial and ad hoc requirements.

·           Administrator of the Sales Sharepoint and responsible for all SAP matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·           Acts as the main custodian of sales information, assets and documents.

·           Serves as the administrator of Sales Sharepoint and/or other relevant sources of sales information

·           Consolidates and Submits/release sales reports based on agreed frequency/timing depending on the type of report

·           Ensure complete, on-time submission and release of PWP, NDC and Expense Reports

·           Prepares and completes all SAP Sales requirements

·           Handle ad-hoc/sales projects.
