Job Description and Qualification:

·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

·       Required Skills:

·       At least one (1) year experience as sales and marketing assistant; fresh graduates are also welcome to appy

·       At least with work experience in Accounts Payable and Disbursement procedures

·       Having basic knowledge of Fit-Out and IT Services/industry

·       Strongly inclined in Customer Service and documentation

·       Strong command of the English Language

·       Organize, keen into details, flexible and willing to render overtime work

·       Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively

·       Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure

·       Computer literate, printer, scanner, photocopier, telephone and proficient in MS Office

·       Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.

·       Can start ASAP


  • Responsible for engaging in superior customer service by making information readily available
  • Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Assists in researching client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  • Assists in creating a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market and competition
  • Ensures that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
