Job Description and Qualification:

Job Responsibilities

  •   Develops and manages key territorial accounts by building and sustaining strong business relationships with existing channels and creating new ones
  •  Works closely with the Marketing Team in crafting the overall marketing and sales strategies
  •  Executes the Sales Strategy, drives the achievement of sales targets thru 3rd Party Sales Force
  •  Creates an enthusiastic and successful sales team environment, mentors and directs the Sales Force in the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
  •   Develops and communicates compelling sales proposals to key stakeholders
  •  Identifies, develops new concepts relative to new product opportunities, promotional strategies and point of purchase solutions
  • Identifies and evaluates appropriate promotional needs of the marketing arm of the company
  •  Offers insights about product potentials
  •  Manage the sales budget and ensures maximized results on spending
  •   Examines return on investment of sales programs and activities and/or marketing campaign

Qualifications

  • Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Management, Marketing and other related fields
  • Must have at least 3 years strong sales management experience in the Pharmaceutical/Industrial Selling
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects/tasks in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Motivated, self-starter with strong business acumen
  • Takes the initiative and go beyond direct stakeholder requests to add the most value
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships within the company and with external business partners
  •  Significant experience in a fast-paced, high level activity, team-based environment
  •  Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain high performing sales team
  •  Demonstrated ability to lead across functionality
  • Enjoys traveling
