Job Description and Qualification:

·       Managing the company’s Brand Marketing Division’s sales, A&P, operating cost, and profitability.

·       Reviews and approves the different marketing plans and ensures that such are implemented as planned, and its effectiveness monitored.

·       Managing the Brand Marketing Division’s yearly sales budget, and ensuring revenue targets are met, and allocated expenses maintained within defined budgets.

·       Develops marketing strategy and new business development opportunities.

·       Develops the business plan, strategy and directions of Brand Marketing Division to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability objectives.

·       Plans and controls budgets and expense within the Brand Marketing Division in order to ensure profitability.

·       Reviews and approves the sales and marketing strategies of the Ethical and OTC lines to ensure that they are aligned with company directions.

·       Regularly conducts Business Reviews with Distribution team, Third-Party Marketing Services Agency team(s), and other internal departments to monitor the division’s performance, pinpoint possible gaps and immediately corrects the situation by implementing corrective and preventive actions.

·       Establishes contact in the field with key MDs and trade channel customers, opinion leaders in the medical and health regulatory community, and ensures continuous development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in therapeutic categories

·       Directly liaise and negotiates with major accounts, ie., Mercury Drug Corporation and other key accounts, in all relevant matters related to distribution of the company’s own brands nationwide.

·       Represents the company to the client/customer & Third Party Marketing Agency(ies) during business reviews and meetings. Maintains good working relationship in order to ensure continuous if not develop new business with the client/customers and Third Party Marketing team(s).

·       Trains, develops, coach and appraise the performance of direct reports to ensure delivery of expectations and continuous competency development.

·       Keep abreast with the latest development in the industry and informs management of any changes therein.

·       Over 10 years work experience in senior role in sales and marketing role acquired from  Pharmaceutical/ Consumer

·       Strong marketing, sales, and distribution work experience on a national scale

·       Excellent presentation skills

·       Can interface with people across level
