Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, and face to face
  • Handling customer complains
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Keep accurate record of relevant documents
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Provide assistance to the President
  • Other admin tasks

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • With at least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00 pm
