Job Summary

Corporate Security (CS) exists to develop and manage programs and measures to protect the people, facilities, assets and business interests of the enterprise from security related risks.

As a Security Intelligence Analyst, you will be a CS representative responsible for gathering and analysing intelligence on global matters that may impact the security of the company. Reporting directly to ICS and functionally to the Director of Global Security Strategy & Governance, the Security Intelligence Analyst will collect intelligence, research emerging issues and trends, monitor real-time or near real-time incidents, assemble reports and produce presentations. This role will support the CS Senior Security Leadership team in generating a common operating picture of the global security threat landscape.

The Security Intelligence Analyst, as a member of CS, will also provide support in response to security incidents worldwide, including incidents of terrorism, civil unrest, natural disaster or criminal attack against the company, its assets, facilities or business interests.

Duties and Responsibilities

Gather and analyse real-time and near real-time information and intelligence from open sources, internal information feeds, reporting and other sources to identify incidents or issues that may impact company security interests.

Research and analyse key trends and issues and disseminate findings in reports or presentations to Senior Security Leaders to build a common operating picture.

  • Using internal tools, monitor the domestic and international business travel of employees globally and provide initial response in the event of an emergency.
  • Monitor for incidents (crime, terrorism, civil unrest, war/conflict) in proximity to company key facilities.
  • Monitor for incidents at or in proximity to corporate special events or sponsored events (e.g. Boston Marathon, Angkor Wat Half Marathon, etc.)
  • Provide research and analysis assistance in support of other CS program areas including: Facility Protection, Behavioural Threat Management and Executive Security.
  • Assist in tracking Critical Security Incidents Reporting (CSIR) events.
  • Assist in tracking requests for security policy exceptions.
  • Respond to and fulfil requests from the business for routine and scheduled risk reporting (e.g. country risk, travel risk, political stability, etc.).
  • At the request of the Senior Security Leadership team provide support for after-action incident reviews.


  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics or Business.
  • Must have 1-3 years of comparable experience in an intelligence or security role.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail in both normal and high-pressured situations.
  • Problem-solving skills with proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgement.
  • A demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively seek out issues and trends.
  • Effective administrative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., Yammer and Microsoft Teams).
  • Working knowledge of security principles.
  • Exposure to financial services or similar complex large corporate environments with the depth and complexity comparable to the company.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work within a diverse internal and international user community.
  • Must be amenable to work in Diliman, Quezon City.
  • Must be amenable to work on a Dayshift schedule.
