Job Description and Qualification:

Overview

Main role is to tasked to grow and maximize revenues from airlines' existing large and prospective accounts through aggressive prospecting, business development, consultative selling skills and excellent account relationship management. Managing and growing own portfolio within Philippines and USA market

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and overall team objectives
  • Effectively engages and coordinates with Regional Sales Managers at key points in the sales process
  • Provides support and supervision to Jr. Account Managers
  • Ensures business developments by conducting quality account analysis and determining customer objectives for the account
  • Regularly reports account activities in Salesforce
  • Highly results oriented and strvies to maximize territory performance
  • Places significant emphasis on Sales Efficiency, Account Strategies and Call planning activities

Qualifications

  • With Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong negotiating skills and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of analytical tools
  • Articulate in English language
  • At least 2 years sales experience in key accounts handling; 1 year in a supervisory level is an advantage
  • Preferably with airline sales management experience
  • Must be willing to travel abroad
