Job Description and Qualification:

Role and Responsibilities

Accountable to the Application Development and End User Computing Director, the role is primarily accountable for driving timely & effective delivery of the initial stages of all automation initiatives assigned. The role may also be working closely with the different Business Units outside the Company to ensure project delivery.

Responsibilities include the following:

Perform BA specific tasks such as:

Work directly with business stakeholders at different levels to analyze, document and translate business requirements into effective solutions


·         University degree in any Technology related field (Computer Science, IT etc.)

·         Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and presentations

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

·         Experience of methodologies including Agile, Waterfall & Systems / Software Development Life Cycle

·         Experience engaging with 3rd party vendors

·         Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Tact and clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary to facilitate solutions and resolve problems

·         Comfortable translating business needs to functional specifications and technical requirements

·         Comfortable challenging the status quo

·         Comfortable in operating across geographies and with teams of varying maturity

·         Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.

·         Capable of building a business case for potential process improvements including cost/benefit analysis

·         Flexible on shift and overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.

·         Participates in educational opportunities; reads professional publications; maintains networks and participates in professional organization to always be up to date on job knowledge.
