Job Description and Qualification:

  • Act as a lead solutions architect accountable for the technical design and implementation of enterprise solutions such as SAP products (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA) and Microsoft enterprise products (e.g. Microsoft D365)
  • Accountable for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of the project workstreams, including managing client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation
  • Lead evaluation of the client’s application landscape to design interfaces to ERP solutions, conduct configuration analyses and tests, and develop specifications for the development of interfaces and/or reports.
  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of ERP implementation methodologies and intellectual capital by writing whitepapers or performing research in support of SAP or Microsoft ERP initiatives
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
  • Lead and provide performance coaching to Managers and Assistant Managers working on assigned engagement
  • Lead the gathering and documentation of technical and functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis
  • Leading the solution on a workstream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation
  • Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
  • Provide on-site support and assistance throughout the delivery and go-live phases of a project
  • Lead the identification and monitoring of technical risks and mitigations related to the implementation
  • Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Partner or Directors


  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience with at least 7 years in the ERP implementation and upgrade experience with strong consulting services orientation
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Hold a Master’s degree preferably in technology, IT, or engineering (desirable but not required)
  • Relevant ERP technical certifications (e.g. SAP and Microsoft) or an industry-recognized qualification
  • Proven success in leading ERP implementation and support
  • Knowledge in ERP products’ environment topology and application architecture, and expertise in creating technical designs and develop customizations, integrations, testing and data migration scripts
  • Knowledge of ERP solutions such as SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft D365 platform is considered an advantage
  • Experience leading & delivering large and/or complex projects with a distributed team; use of collaboration tools to drive value and quality of design/build and run/maintain services from an offshore team
  • Excellent team-building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
  • Flexibility to travel in the ASPAC region or within the Philippines, when required
