Job Description and Qualification:

Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.

Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development.

Partner with other C-level executives to accomplish short and long-term operational goals

Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.

Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning

Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation

Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers
