    Senior Procurement lead role is responsible for driving and supporting sourcing and contracting events in the low and high impact stream of Global Business Services’s procurement spend categories including, Travel and Entertainment, Events, Facilities and Real Estate, IT, (either or all of Hardware, Software, Software as a Service, Telecom), Network, Employee Talent Acquisition, Employee Benefits,  Transactional purchasing,  Business Print, Training and Professional Services . The role is strategic in maintaining the relationship between the Company and its third-party vendors during the course of the end to end procurement process with a focus on client satisfaction, as well as support for the Contract Managers in-line with the “Buy Better” strategy of the organization.


    • Support and / or lead sourcing initiatives in accordance with business requirements within aggressive timelines while ensuring the integrity of the  bidding process
    • Responsible in the preparation, editing, release, communication, response and inquiry consolidation and negotiation of commercial cost and terms of RFP/RFQ.
    • Formulate Vendor selection recommendation (based on evaluation)
    • Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with third party vendors

    Strategy and Planning

    • Perform detailed analysis of spend, contract terms and conditions and must have strong  decision making skills
    • Manage vendor performance issues, SLA reporting, and support the Contract Managers with remedial action
    • Drive and champion established procurement strategies for each sourcing event in accordance with their respective spend categories.
    • Maintain a mutually beneficial engagement with Contract Managers to allow for sharing of best practices and ensure alignment with category strategies


    • Graduate of any 4-year university course, in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or Engineering
    • Minimum of 4-years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain
    • Familiarity with North American and Asia contracts including main clauses required for specific types of agreement, Statement of Work, Project Requirements and Exhibits
    • Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.· Familiarity with project management processes and Ivalua systems
