Job Description and Qualification:


OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

Senior Recruitment Consultants are primarily responsible for overseeing the recruitment for new candidates for executive level requirements.  Senior Recruitment Consultants are expected to interact and support clients assigned to them and assist them with the requirements.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle full cycle recruitment for executive level
  • Manage different requirements for several industries
  • Responsible to thoroughly interview candidates they bring to management; conducts comprehensive and intensive interviews to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and motivation to match current requirements.
  • Responsible to provide firm and unbiased recommendation of shortlisted candidates
  • Reports to the Business Unit Head all weekly/monthly accomplishments and status of accounts handled.
  • Responsible in achieving monthly revenue target
  • Responsible that his/her requirements in the recruitment system are up to date and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4 years experience in recruitment; preferably recruitment for Senior Managers and top management positions
  • Should be knowledgeable in targeted selection / behavioural interview techniques
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer & Internet Savvy
  • Additional skills: persuasiveness, negotiation skills, decision making skills, interpersonal skills, planning and organisational skills
