Job Description and Qualification:


  • Responsible for the administration of an enterprise (2,000 users across 15 divisions and functional areas) deployment of
  • Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the platform
  • Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage best-in-class Salesforce functionality
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency
  • Manage the integration of applications connected to
  • Support the team's vision to deliver end to end process simplification including new features and functionality on our journey transitioning from Classic to Lightning
  • Identify process and system risks, surface actionable insights and design and implement a plan for improvement


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
  • 6+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience
  • Prior experience supporting an enterprise Salesforce user base of at least 1500 users
  • Experience transitioning from Classic to Lightening
  • Salesforce Certifications 201 and 211 required
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification and experienced preferred
  • Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality
  • Willing to work from home temporarily.
