Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, prepare logistics, and deliver technical training courses for employees
  • Research, study, and design technical training courses and modules ready for classroom and blended learning setup
  • Lead or Assist in delivering learning programs 
  • Analyze survey results and recommend learning interventions
  • Coordinate with external training providers for other training needs
  • Track and record of training participation
  • Maintain close coordination with the L&D team 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with leaders and co-trainers in delivering successful training programs
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or other related courses
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in corporate training, facilitating various training courses for employees
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both speaking and written) skills preferred
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Background and experience in Process Improvement, Project Management and Business Analysis preferred
  • Skilled in designing learning collaterals is a plus
  • Knowledge in other learning platforms (e.g. e-learning, virtual, blended etc.)
  • Can work under minimal supervision
