Job Description and Qualification:

The Position
The Service Officer is directly responsible in assisting the Relationship Manager in attaining its annual budget thru efficient servicing of the RM's portfolio/accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Solicits business from RM's portfolio on a day to day basis
  • Endorses instructions to the RM for approval or further endorsement to higher approving authority
  • Acts as client's contact person in the Bank for its day to day transactions and banking need
  • Takes charge of documentation of credit facilities and all related transactions
  • Coordinates with support units for proper implementation of clients' requests and transactions, with Credit Division for (Documentation of credit facilities, Appraisal, CI, SBL, earmarking, etc.), and also with Treasury for (FX Rates, Placement rates and Remittances of FX sold)
  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience handling corporate and/or middle market accounts
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Has pleasing personality, the passion for customer service and collaboration with product and operational partners, and is outgoing,
  • Has an experience of handling Japanese customers and Japanese language skill would be an advantage
  • Knowledge on credit policies, transactional procedures, product features, regulatory aspects of lending and banking, and legal documentation
