Job Description and Qualification:

The Service Reporting and Data Analyst will assist in executing the service performance reporting program for the organization. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development & maintenance of service performance metrics & KPIs across the organization, including service KPI catalogs, metric development/updates, performance reporting, dashboard management, benchmarking, and capacity planning.
  • Execute service performance & reporting activities across the GBC and the US Workstreams.
  • Provide Data Driven insights and analysis
  • Support the development of service performance & reporting tools & automation.
  • Identify areas for service performance improvement and recommend appropriate process improvement actions to management and operations.
  • Automate reporting process
  • Automate data visualization and dashboards
Qualifications

Required Experience: Have 2+ years of experience in service performance reporting and analytics, root cause analysis, data analytics & visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau, Alteryx)
Preferred Experience: Have 5+ years of experience in Shared Services roles, Industry experience in doing reporting & analytics in the functional area supported (HR, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Billing, Cash Posting).
Willing to work in midshift and in night shift
Willing to work onsite
