Duties and responsibilities: 

• Develops contract with, attends to inquiries of prospective clients regarding his product line. Prepares quotations in accordance with the specification or requirement of the client in coordination with his superior. 
• Submits quotation makes necessary follow-up, and solicits in the process any assistance required from his superior or any officer of the company. 
• Establishes harmonious relationship with “Big Clients”, Architects and Consultants.
•  Follows-up progress and status of both pending and placed orders. 
• Collects the amount due to the company as payment by the client for sales made closed. 
• Performs other sales-related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of any 4-year Business/Engineering course. 
•  Must be proficient in Oral and Written communication. 
• Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization. • Must possess customer service skills/negotiation skills/analysis skills.
