Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience as a Social Media Manager is required for this position
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Has experience in driving website traffic strategically targeting specific users on relevant social media platforms – Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Has a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical, strategical and creative skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Open to start ASAP
  • Open to work on a graveyard shift
  • Preferably with working experience in a Multinational Company or Global Exposure


  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, and audience engagement.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Attract and interact with our target demographic, elevating us as an industry leader.
