Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for day-to-day reputation recovery for online rating sites and social media channels across all social platforms that the company and its affiliates engage on

·       Work directly with the Social Media & Service Excellence Supervisor to execute the online reputation recovery and social media plan for the hospital handles including free standing EDs and select ambulatory centers

·       This role is intended to report to the Social Media & Service Excellence Supervisor and support the Patient Experience by responding in real time to consumer complaints posted online.

·       Responsible for quickly responding to review comments including responding to reviews, escalating as appropriate and working with hospital teams to resolve issues, creating and organizing content, reviewing content provided by company’s affiliates

Qualifications:

·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree

·       4 years experience in providing customer service through Social Media platforms

o   Responding to Facebook, twitter, yelp comments, reviews and queries

    • Community managers or moderators
    • Customer Chat support for different brands or services (globe, smart or converge)

·       Experience in using a social media management tool like trello, sprout or buffer, talkwalker, otherwise, must be techy so they can learn the platform easily

·       Amenable to work in shifting schedules and during weekends.
