Key Accountabilities: 


·         Act as Community Manager of social media pages. 


·         Create social calendar and content plans aligned with client requirements and needs. 


·         Produce copies and other multimedia content for social media, web, and other communication assets. 


·         Manage social media advertisement


·         Gather and analyze data from online or other available sources for social listening projects. 


·         Drive insights from web and social media page performance and trends, and present analyses and recommendations through reports.


·         Support web content management projects through request management, content review, and content uploading. 


·         Manage Ad hoc projects, and perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. 



Candidate Qualifications: 


·         Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related courses is preferred. 


·         Has strong English written and communication skills. 


·         Can effectively write copies for different type of audiences (end users, employees, management team, etc.). 


·         Has at least two years of experience in roles related to Social Media, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Digital Marketing. 


·         Has Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. 


·         Has an analytical mindset and can apply data storytelling to social media brand and listening reports. 


·         Has significant experience launching and optimizing social media and other digital advertisements


·         Has experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Meltwater


·         Skilled in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, PPC


·         Adept in research using online and traditional media sources. 


·         Familiar with different types of social media - their core audiences, uses, brand tone.  


·         Skills in producing multimedia content (video, graphics, etc.) is a big plus.
