Job Description and Qualification:

1. Team Management
a. Quality Assurance Team Performance Management
b. Provide leadership in identifying opportunities to further increase the capabilities of the support teams through trainings and other mechanisms

2. Test Project Management and Execution
a. Management of multiple concurrent projects
b. Ensure scope and timelines are properly managed
c. Test Plan and Test Strategy authoring
d. Create Test Scenarios and Test Cases as maybe necessary
e. Review and Approve Test Scenarios and Test Cases

3. Automation, Performance, Security and Tools
a. Develop and Progress Test Automation Practice
b. Develop and Progress Performance Testing Practice
c. Develop and Progress Data Integrity Testing Practice
d. Develop and Progress Security Testing Practice
e. Utilize Open Source Technologies for Test Management

4. Process Management
a. Champion and Implement Software Testing best practices, e.g. Business Process Testing, Risk Based Testing, etc
b. Ensure project compliance to Release Management policies
c. Ensure that development controls are properly executed, e.g. code review, demos, others

5. Stakeholder Management
a. Work directly with client support staff, quality assurance, the IT development team, the IT operations team, business analysts, business users, and management to resolve issues
b. As may be required, provide leadership to various teams of support analysts in terms of managing escalations, client engagement, defining processes and managing prioritizations as maybe necessary
c. May assume functional responsibility for specific tasks or projects and instruct, direct and/or check the work of others

6. Solution Management
a. Participate and/or provide leadership in proposing effective solutions to client requirements
b. Conduct and/or Facilitate client demos
c. Review and/or facilitate the creation of User Guide
