About the Role
To provide technical remuneration and benefits support to a specific customer group within Global Functions or Operations in partnership with onshore Reward SMEs

  • Answer remuneration and benefits enquiries from employees and business leaders in relation to the application of remuneration philosophy, policies and frameworks
  • Lead and execute key activities as part of the Annual Reward Review (salary and incentive) cycle
  • Lead and execute salary scale design and market data submissions end-to-end
  • Project manage assigned large-scale Reward initiatives independently
  • Execute advanced reporting analysis and governance for internal and external remuneration reporting requirements
  • Own the execution of the organization’s benefit programs (e.g. retirement, leave, wellness programs, insurance etc.), including managing vendor relationships, benefits enrolment, contract renewals, contract compliance, and distribution processes
  • Engage with stakeholders to address challenging or complex reward topics and partner with stakeholders to arrive at a resolution
About You

Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent education or experience in Compensation and Benefits administration is preferred
Experience with the management and understanding of incentive plans, bonus pooling and relevant reward and remuneration processes
Excellent understanding of HR practices and compensation/ remuneration cycle management.
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Fluent English, both verbal and written
Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written
Willing to work in night shift
