Job Description and Qualification:

About the role
  • Personally manage a high volume of purchasing requests and associated queries from internal customers and vendors via phone, email and workflow.
  • Ensure safe, reliable supply, and value for money for non- contract purchase orders
  • Good understanding of and capacity to efficiently operate within the system to raise Purchase Orders, interrogate existing orders and perform other tasks in relation to customer/vendor queries.
  • Actively participate in ensuring Monitoring & Controlling activities are executed and take corrective actions as required.
About the Candidate
  • At least 2 years in experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Purchashing functions for BPO/Shared Services
  • Possess a good understanding of Procure to Pay within a high volume transactional environment.
  • Exposure within warehousing, inventory, repairable management, commodities and services purchasing is desirable but not required
  • Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in MS office, SAP or similar ERP P2P processes is a plus but not required
  • Fluent in Spanish language
  • Can communicate using the English language
  • Wlling to work in night shift
