Job Description and Qualification:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the central point of contact for Asia Services customers and engineers. 
  • Liaises and coordinates with customers, customer engineers, field and corporate office associates.
Background / Experience Required:   
  • Excellent customer service and telephone communications skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills using the English language 
  • Accurate data entry, at an average rate of 200 keystrokes per minute. 
  • Ability to consistently produce quality work while in high stress situations. 
  • Analytical skills, in relation to: determining best service that can be provided to customers o improvement strategies around his/her overall responsibilities o prioritizing workload and completion of multiple tasks in a predetermined time frame 
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills a must 
  • Displays initiative, and can work with minimum supervision 
  • Available to work flexible hours and overtime. 
  • MS Office or related skills a must 
  • Good understanding of Vertiv’s documentation system 
  • Excellent organization skills
